This website provides general information about MotorDoc Pro and allows visitors to request contact or a quote. Website information is not a remote diagnosis and does not replace inspection and testing of the vehicle.
Quotes and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or require payment. A booking is confirmed only when MotorDoc Pro agrees the date, location, scope and price with you. Quotes are based on the information supplied and may change if the vehicle, location or required work is materially different.
Vehicle information
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, warning lights, previous work and known faults. Some symptoms can have several causes, and the correct solution may only become clear after on-site checks.
Service limitations
MotorDoc Pro carries out on-vehicle DPF cleaning and diesel emissions fault finding. We do not remove or delete legally required emissions equipment. Cleaning is recommended only where it is considered suitable; a damaged, contaminated or end-of-life filter may require repair or replacement by an appropriate workshop.
Availability and cancellations
Appointment times can be affected by traffic, weather, access, safety or the duration of an earlier job. Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Any specific cancellation charge will be explained before the booking is confirmed.
Website availability
We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
