Information we collect
When you ask for a quote, book a visit or contact us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, vehicle make and model, registration number, fault information, messages and service history. We may also keep invoices, payment records and diagnostic or service reports connected with work carried out.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a booking are normally deleted within 12 months. Customer, service, invoice and payment records may be kept for the period needed for warranties, disputes and legal obligations. Sole-trader business records are generally retained for at least five years after the relevant Self Assessment filing deadline. Analytics retention is controlled within the relevant Google account and reviewed periodically.
